Dollar Car is my go-to car rental agency and the office at the Des Moines airport is absolutely top drawer!
The staff was good, had issues with car..brakes started squeeking..which means time for pads..the car would not start at times rt away. .Then when returning car they could not accept cash and I returned car with gas had to show gas receipt..because gas had to be bought within 10 miles of airport? ?all that was new news to me.
Great service and great selection of cars
Upon arrival to the Dollar desk, was out to the car and on my way in less then ten minutes. I had selected my preferences online with Dollar Express. Dropped off the keys @ 5AM, no one at desk, and was on my way to the plane. Pleased. Thanks!
