Really good!! My husband took me here on a date and I loved it! They serve in courses which takes longer. The food was very Greek and tasted authentic. They served someone else a plate of fish that they set on fire in front of them! It was amazing!! The gyros are good! The grape leaf wrapped (thingy?) was very interesting! I love trying new food so this was a wonderful place for me! Everyone was really, really nice! I will definitely be back!
Decent vegetarian options. The produce they use is very fresh!
The interior looked like it could have been getting remodeled while I was there. Not disruptive to the meal, just kinda ugly. Hopefully it's in better shape by now.
First visit there, very friendly staff and great service. The food was delicious.
Food was great. However probably one of the coldest nights in all of history and I was sitting right by the door burrrrrrrr!
If you are in the East Village area and hungry, you should really five this place a try. Mostly Greek foods, but burgers too. I had the gyro dinner, which came with a tiropita (Greek pastry), a dolma (grape leaf wrap)with orzo cheese, and a spanakopita (Greek spinach pie). The gyro was big and fabulous. The other items were good too, but because I haven't had these before, I couldn't compare. What a great value though at $12. The ambiance was a little bright and open, but included live belly dancing. We will return.
