Food was good and happened to see a show when I was there. An employee appeared to be confronting the manager and it looked that he was being terminated. WORLDSTAR.
I was pretty impressed. I think this is the best Long John Silvers I've been to in quite a while. Since the remodel, this place is cleaner, the staff is super friendly, and the best part is that the food is served hot and fresh and it tastes amazing. The decor is cute but not over done and there's enough seating. They have a drive-through but I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to go in. I can't think of one thing I would change to improve here unless it would be to move the restrooms since they are in an awkward spot, but they would have to expand the building to do that. They have a new buttermilk cod but I just ordered the regular cod and it was really good.
Great service and waiting time was above expectation with the very high volume of customers at the location. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.
Horrible went there lastnight ordered food and they charged me for one of my sides on top of it all my food was cold my hush puppies were stil doughy and i didnt even get my second order i ordered a chicken meal that i never got im still trying to figure out how what should have been a 13 dollar meal cost me 20 dollars ill be calling when they open and complaining big time. My fish meal was super cold and tge chicken that was supposed to come with it wasnt there..... I will never be going back
The waits are always excruciating. They mess up orders often (the numbers on the menu board don't match what the staff have inside). Never worth the long drive to go back and fix incorrect orders. Why don't i check my order right there? Because after a half hour of waiting i dont feel like i want to waste another half hour if there is an issue. Coming here less and less. Always a hassle. Now they have sickening generic tartar sauces also... Blech.
