The receptionist Lihn Ha was extremely rude. I called to schedule an appointment and two weeks in a row the customer service told me to walk in. I get to the office and Lihn states they aren't accepting any walk ins. I had called 2 hours prior and was told to arrive by 6:30. Got there at 6:15 & she said they aren't taking walk ins. Which one is it? Then I asked for her supervisor and she hesitated to give me the information and didn't want to give the direct phone number either. Out right rude customer service & to think I support PP throughout all their controversy!
