I came in by ambulance and felt the care was top notch. I wasn't quite with it in the ER, but friends and family were satisfied with my care at the ER. The follow on visits were excellent. The doctor and her staff (nurses and office staff) were professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to send my loved ones here.
My husband went to the CCU unit on Nov. 19 was up there for 5 days was treated most respect and care. Family was always kept updated on his progress. He went to the 7th floor on Nov. 24. And that was the worst treatment that I've ever seen a patient have to go through. He wanted a glass of water he had to wait for a half hour the doctor come in and ask my husband what are you doing here when your heart is okay. When I yes yes I am told the floor doctor that my husband did not have his CPAP machine on the night before the doctor said what that's his responsibility meeting my husband have it put on he was supposed to have his normal routine as he does at home. I thought what in the world is he doing up there then. If it would not of up set my husband so much out of taking more of the Methodist. I give the CCU unit 10 Stars the 7th floor floor doctor I'd give him a -5. Very poor patient doctor relationship, was not in the room over 1 minute very short and rude with family member. I can't wait to get it get him off of that floor if this is a treat when he's going to continue having

I wish I could recommend this facility. My mother dying here was horrible. The lack in compassion beyond anything I have seen or hope to ever experience again. They did everything they could to speed up her dying. Do not leave your love one here, it has been months and we can't forgot what they did.
I want to er here with extreme back pain. The triage nurse took me right back to the er room... was seen by a rude nurse, then the doctor came in, examined me, told me he was giving me some oral meds as well as some shots... took then 3 hours to give me my meds. None of the nurses seemed to care thay I didn't have a way to get ahold of them other then yelling. Asked for a blanket, never received one. Worse experience ever...
