Awesome place there ER is amazing they do the best to help make you feel better the wait is long but that's what is kinda known for but overall great place
the other place is located near va hospital or lutherine hosptial aka psych ward seen men in makeup with a body suit as they try juat give me erick & anderson yogurt and thats it trying to make me a mma fighter or starve me to death! This one star is too much for the staff that was working in MRI tonight 10/5/17. My mother was in for her second mri. She is 89 years old and they were extremely rough with her and told her to hollar if she had any problems. She yelled for help for 20 minutes and by the time they came back in she was hysterical. They ignored her completely and were rough with her. Her blood pressure was very high by the time she got back to her room where family was. The nurses on shift were of great help, a matter of fact they told Mom to tell the techs not to be rough with her IV ! What in the world! Should never have to tell a care giver not to be rough with an elderly patient. The nurses on Younker 8 were very understanding when I got there, and helped to get the people we needed to speak too. I hope that Cassie in MRI takes a long look at herself.
want to say thanks to the security guards/ cops I seen cops on drugs also was sent to another place after they told me to fake my death!
Nearly 3 hours in waiting room after being sent here from urgent care with urgent care calling ahead to recommend catscan and epileptic daughter in severe pain having difficulty with airway due to swollen throat. Still waiting, triage nurse didn’t even look at her throat. No sense of urgency by anyone we’ve seen at this point and waiting room isn’t even busy. Tuesday evening, extremely frustrated with lack of professional prompt care. Environment may be remodeled but clearly the system and its people need to be reviewed in my opinion. Worst part is watching my daughter in pain and worrying she may have a seizure. Would not recommend.
I came in by ambulance around Noon on Friday March 10, and was in the ER for about 3 hours before being admitted and taken to 4 North where I spent Friday night, Saturday morning and was eventually discharged Saturday afternoon March 11. Everyone involved.....from the ambulance personnel to the Stroke Alert Team and entire ER staff...to everyone on 4 North in particular my primary nurse Kristina was absolutely off-the charts tip-top and 1st rate in every way.
