PATH integrated services program affiliated with Broadlawns is pitiful joke, most of their so-called casemanagers live in a entirely different world that that of their clients. A complete waste of mone,y as we former clients call them "The Doo-little gang" they do as little as posible
I got checked in fairly quickly by some very kind staff. Short wait till taken back to room. That's where it turned south. Doctor told me one thing, then was going to have me just Tylenol..I told them I had already been taking ibuprofen as I couldn't take Tylenol. Then wanted to give me a shot of Toradol, which I told them I was allergic to. I left frustrated and with a $375 bill.
Went to broadlawns mental Heath center for my appointment was running late and I tried to call office first before we left and no one answered then when we got there the front office was extremely rude and told us to reschedule and actually come early to make appointment the lady really hurt my feelings. I understand that it was my fault I was late but I hope next time i get treated better. If not I'll find another doctor. For being a mental Heath center you would think they would consider being nicer to patients
Teaching hospital. Knowledgeable and able staff. Yes, the bureaucracy is a problem, but probably less than at larger public hospitals. The pharmacy is efficient and helpful, though the pharmacopoeia isn't what it might be. Even the cafeteria is excellent. There are departments which are better than others, but I'm impressed overall with the competence and caring of the staff.
Sense they have moved nobody answer the phone. Yr on hold forever and still no answer you don't get a call back right away. I've never had any problems and tell now. I'm very Dissatisfied
