WOW!!! I'm beyond impressed with this shop. Brandon and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable. My car is 11 years old with over 200K miles. It needed some love and of course I do not want to spend more than needed. They took the time to do the diagnostics and tell me what was a immediate need vs come back when you can afford. And I TRUST him, with out question. He was easy to work with and got it all handled when I was on vacation. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me and make it understandable. When I came back from my trip, it drove better than I could of expected. Yes, I had to drive to Army Post from Waukee but I would do it again no question. If you want the best, gotta be willing to go to it. THANK YOU Tjaden Automotive for making me feel safe in my car.
I would not let these guys work on the car. The part that they installed had a 1 year warranty and it failed. They didn't want to honor that warranty, had to pay for labor again. Dont play dumb when you bought the part from AutoZone
