Friendliest and most efficient shop we have ever been to! Travelling from Chicago to Denver, they fixed our car in half an hour at a great price. Very friendly crew and customers. They would be our go to shop if we lived in Des Moines.
Went in the late afternoon had them do some work to my car. Was in and out quickly. Very polite and professional staff. Didn't feel like I was forced to do any repairs I didn't think were necessary. Had all my repairs done same day which was extremely surprising based on what needed to be done. Other shops would have had my car for a week or more! Great shop. Will be a return customer!
I've done routinely oil changes here before but I recently was having issues with my motor in my window. I was quoted by another place that was 100 more and the wrong part. Not only did they find what the issue was but It was reasonably priced & wonderful customer service !
Amazing. I'm glad business in Des Moines is so prosperous that companies like this turn down a multi-thousand dollar project over debate of diagnostic fee. I call for a engine replacement quote, he wants me to bring the vehicle in and charge me for diagnostics even after I told him the dealership already diagnosed the problem and I wasn't going to pay again.
