Not the most customer driven staff,once we were acknowledged I pointed to the tires (right in front of the counter) and said that I was interested in that style and gave her the size I was looking for. 15 minutes later we were getting closer to pricing and availability, 22 minutes and we were walking out the door.
Very nice staff! I've always taken my car here and they are honest people who do not take advantage of you. I've always had good experiences here.
Friendly, honest. They don't charge you for something you don't need. Take the time to listen and to explain. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend

First time I've ever been here and it was a pleasant experience. I read reviews last night and was a little nervous about the experience I would have, I was nervous for no reason!! My dad paid online, all I had to do was take his car to Freedom Tire for 4 new tires, I waited there while they did that. The tech that came out to talk to me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will use this place again!!
Of course your probably thinking,that this deserves a higher star rating. Most of you would be right. Maybe I'm old fashion, maybe I'm wrong to think that if your in the customer business then you should act and LOOK accordingly. This was my first AND last experience with this company.
