Two months later the vehicle was having problems accelerating on the highway and eventually the car would barely start. A bit of troubleshooting showed that the tubes that would have been taken off when they changed the alternator were never tightened and had eventually popped off.

While I am happy with the car, I think that the mechanics they have are obviously sub par. I would suggest having any vehicle you are interested in purchasing checked out by someone else before you buy and DEFINITELY do not let them work on your car.
I recently bought a vehicle from Town & Country. Two days later the alternator in the vehicle went out. Rightly so, they changed the alternator with no charge to me. I was pleased and I decided not to report the mistake.
