They could have made an easy sale with me, but they have failed to follow through on communication with me. Looking for better service elsewhere.
After leaving unsatisfied, I get a letter in the mail 3 months later telling me they ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization, probably to surprise me with the "deal" they could make me. Still pops up on my credit report.

Put $500 hold on Saturday to continue bank financing Monday. Won't accept our bank's financing and REFUSE to refund our $500! Owner yelled and cursed at us and told us to LEAVE! Stating, "See you in court"! Unprofessional and unethical business!
