Can you give a zero? Zero integrity. Zero help. Will never even visit their website again. Went to buy a car on a Saturday only to find out it had been sent out for repair (website did not say this) but was told they would call when it was back. Emailed daily for updates saying we wanted to buy the car. Finally one day they say it came back the day before and sold that same day. Did I get a call? No. An apology? No. If they smell money they will hop on it with no regard for what they told someone else.
Bought a low milage t444e, good running engine. Was what they said it was. Appreciated the fact that they took the time to tape off the turbo and fuel line to prevent contamination.
Why do you have a job answering phones to a customer when you act like I'm wasting your time finding what I need. I would pay triple rather than call these idiots again for parts that's for sure. Get someone who actually wants to help people in parts and I guarantee you will make more money.
