I think it sucks I called and arrange for a cab yesterday for 5:45am today for work well here it is 6:18 no cab all they can is we put on the board and it goes out really not professional at it was hour late yesterday now late today the purpose of calling in advance is so that w can be on time for work is not cool how you do business yoy making me late for work and maybe even cost people there job I do home care these pepole need me at the time I am suppose to come

I will never use this cab service again three times they have picked me up in Ankeny they have told me 20 and 30 minute wait times didn't show up for an hour and then charge me a $25 minimum I will start using freedom Taxi out of Ankeny from now on as they have brand-new cars for the drivers and only a $10 minimum in Ankeny and the drivers also speak English they are polite and courteous and unlike yellow they can guarantee the time they will be there
I ordered a cab well in advance of my time sensitive ride. Called them right after said the cab will be there soon and made sure it would be within the hour and they guaranteed that it would. After about half an hour called them again and they decided that they would extend my wait time an hour "because they got busy" so turns out they don't respect the first come first serve just what will make them money!!!
