Beautiful venue with well-restored architecture. Sadly, the building isn't as well-kept as it has been in recent years. The apparent lack of full-time security means frequent incursions with vagrants and such,
This small venue creates a wonderfully intimate "part of the show" experience. Not a bad seat in the house.
Performance was good, seats we good but the smell from the bathrooms was a turn off.
