Great store with friendly staff. Goid prices and reliable service. They carry commonly needed merchandis fir home improvement needs. Plenty of parking spaces and easy access off main roads. The place is keot clean inside and out. There is usualy staff around to assist you if you need assistance.
Today I was having difficulty finding several items and an employee named Lonnie stopped what he was doing and patiently helped me find the items. He was pleasant and made me feel helping me was the most important thing he would do that day.
I have bought several appliances here and have been impressed each time with the products and the employees who helped with the purchase and delivery.
Had keys made. Employee was very helpful and friendly! Made my bad day much better! I wish I would have asked his name as he deserves recognition!
A fairly well-kept store, they could use some work on their customer service skills. If I were only taking store condition into consideration, this store would win over Menard's down the street. Beyond that, this store strikes out on almost all other aspects. Customer service is particularly poor here, prices are disproportionately high on identical/comparable items at Menard's. The one perk I can outright give a thumbs up to is that they have an indoor lumberyard, but with that being said, they lack the vast options that Menard's outdoor lumberyard offers. This is a good store for the weekend warrior who needs something fast and doesn't mind dealing with the staff's bad attitude and higher prices.
