Called SEVEN times in the last two weeks, each time Mona or some other office person has promised I'd get a call back that day. All I want to know is if I actually owe them and how to get them paid but I've been completely blown off with lies about getting right back. At this point I just want to pay it myself but can't even get them to wrap there head around that and it's approaching a deadline where their poor office etiquette is going to ruin my credit.
Absolute garbage customer service. They fumbled my workers comp payment on 2014 after providing them with the correct info. Recently got a call from a debt collector because they didn't follow through on it correctly.
