Crazy expensive for what you get! People at the office are awful! If you buy a mobile home here good luck trying to sell it because of the high lot rent. Lot rent started off reasonable but when they raise it twice in one year it goes up fast. Lived there for three years and had it go up four times. Glad I got it sold and out of there.
I went here to help celebrate one of my Daughters young girls birthday party so every was all good. This trailer court has a playground for small children & alittle cazebo for parties I think & picnics ? My daughter told me the rent is alittle high if you rent one of the trailers & I'm not sure about the lot rent. But anyway she has a nice trailer ( 3 bedroom ) with a nice big bathtub & she says it's very relaxing & it might have water jets but not sure about that.& A nice but small back deck & a storage shed.so she's happy with it.
This place keeps trying to find extra ways to charge my family. They also don't honor things my family was told they could do. The ONLY reason it gets 3 stars is because of the people who live here.
A great community to live. Nice and quite. We love our home it is a wonderful modular home open floor plan that fits our needs @ a great price..
They look for every little reason to bring in their cronies and tow your car. Certain units have small driveways, so if you have more than three vehicles, you are guaranteed to have one of them towed.
