Not the best part of town, but reasonably clean and well kept. The mobile homes aren't too old and there are some garages.

Pools always rented out. Residents pay extra all year around and don't have access everyday as we should. Renting out the club house is one thing and charging for that but to refuse usage of the pool is unacceptable. No notification to residents we're just asked to leave. Perhaps we had plans to spend the day at the pool with our kids? I'm a paying resident. 4th of July holiday was even rented out. So if you don't mind not accessing the pool everyday yet pay for it move in today. And good luck in the winter trying to get out of the park for work. Save your vacation time to call in..rediculous
