I just moved in to my new place and was wanting to redo both bathrooms and called a few plumping places to come and give me a estimates of prices and 3 out of 4 of them was telling me that all my pipes and stuff was old and not in good working order and needed to be replace and they could do that at a discount for me. THEN Gallon plumping came in and when they went over their findings, they did not mention NOTHING about my pipes and needing to be replaced. So at the end I asked them why they didn't mention them and informed them of what the other 3 companies have said and they were in shocked and went and walked me through and showed me and told me that I already had the best pipes and they look fairly new. See this shows there are honest businesses out their and will take the best care of you....I also back gallon plumping. If you want something done right the first time...this is your company....don't believe me? give them a call and check for yourself...
Called this company to fix up a few plumbing issues within my home. They were here on time and ready to go! Very professional. I recommended them to all my friends and family. If you have plumbing issues, call these guys!
Never heard of them. Had my neigbor google and call them. First they were late, then after 2 hours of "repairing", they tried to sell me an expensive faucet that I didn't need. After all it was said an done and paid an arm and a leg, I ended up only replacing the rubber gasket myself, and now it works fine. Don't EVER use these people!!
The ladies in the office are great! You can tell both Diane and Debbie work very hard to provide exceptional customer service. They are always professional, friendly and keep you informed every step of the way. It is not often you find people that care in the service industry. You can tell the Team at Gallon does!
I cannot say enough great things about Gallon Inc. We had a plumbing crisis and Travis went above and beyond to not only get our situation fixed but also kept us informed and educated with the issues and possible solutions. He called his boss to come for a second opinion and also made calls to get us taken care of in regards to floor repairing. Gallon Inc was on time, professional, and extremely helpful.
