Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Totally unprofessional!
Expensive and took some time. Yet thorough, explained the work well, problem-solved well, did excellent work that is clearly more professional and effective than what has been done by other plumbers in this house. I will use again.
Jake came today to work at our Preschool and I was very impressed with how professional and helpful he was. Having a school full of little ones and 2 non working toilets you can imagine our need for a plumber! We appreciate all you do for Apple Tree and for always coming in a timely manner!
I have dealt with this company more than once. They are always prompt and sometimes ahead of schedule. Everyone I have had dealings with are polite and easy talk to. I would highly recommend this company for their honest and fair transactions.
I will never use these guys. I just called and explained finishing basement. Explained it is ruffed in but not sure where the toilet goes. She RUDELY said then it is not ruffed in. I explained I am not a plumber so not sure what pipe goes where and told her nevermind and hung up.
