Using POD was everything I expected for a simple task that I needed. The container was clean, delivered and picked up promptly and it was the solution for moving an apartment's worth of stuff across the country. I supplied the labor to pack and unpack and PODs does everything else.

Pretty sure the rest of these reviews are fake. The fact that the delivery and pick drivers were pretty friendly and professional was the only positive element of my experience with PODS, the rest was a nightmare. The first time i noticed an issue was when they messed up the shipping of my container, so I was waiting for my stuff to arrive for an extra week and a half. Secondly, billing is ridiculous; there are charges and fees for everything small thing. By the time you're done, it's cheaper to go through about any other moving service. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, the container I received was basically a dirty wooden crate with a horribly welded metal casing. And there's no telling what goes on during transportation or storage process; they must fling the POD around because I had everything packed by professional movers and strapped in. The wood scratched through the wrapping around my furniture, causing the covers to come off and the wood to tear up my leather ottoman and headboard. I don't recommend using PODS if you value your time, money, or property.
PODS is the best, alternative, method for moving. The company delived and picked up the Pod when promised, were helpful and courteous. I would, highly, recommend.
Super service...if you gotta do large storage, this is the only way to go!
