Great to deal with. Was not home when they delivered at first so they called me and came back an hour later.
They never call before delivery as requested. Product usually ebds up in wrong location. If I had any control over using them I would not.
Unless you have all the time in the world don't use this carrier!! They screwed up this shipment from the time they picked it up until I picked it up at there terminal! There communication sucks, there service sucks, and they could careless if they deliver your friend or not!!! Total worthless service!!!
