Honestly this is the most incompetent medical clinic I have ever been to. I had not heard great reviews about Mercy but I am new to town and only needed a physical and some immunizations for school so thought it wouldn't be a big deal. However I was so so SO wrong as I have had nothing but problems since I started going there, the entire experience has been a nightmare. From them refusing to print out my own medical records for myself, to the nurses not updating my chart in a timely manner (or ever), and to them miscoding my billing and charging me for things I did not have done, the list could go on. Bottom line do not go here or any Mercy clinic, don't be fooled by them being able to get you in quickly... there's a reason. They have no patients because they suck. Go to Unity Point.
