My experience(s) was that there was very little support for employees. Left abandoned by supervisor during several high level crisis situations. Mandated employee wage cuts due to non-payments from insurance company(ies). Reputable Newspaper articles circulating about "fraud allegations". I was highly disappointed with the "behind the scenes" actualities. Not a healthy supportive environment. Alot of backbiting and gossiping. Some clients want the help. Some dont. Family members can be more difficult to work with than the clients. Just not the place for me.

Best job I've ever had!
Not a healthy environment. Some clients intimidate, insult, belittle and even threaten their peers and the staff do not address it....they wait until it gets out of control. Many of the staff just sit on their phones or nap while at work but their are a few that really do care and put some effort into their job....I wish there were more employees like that.
