Paid $1300 upfront and at the first visit we decided to not use the services of this attorney. She only refunded $325.00 of our money. She charges for each email read and sent, gave us incorrect numbers due to the inaccuracy of her para legal. We emailed her the correct numbers. My personal advice and opinion is to stay far away from this attorney....simply a horrible experience. And we never requested one minute of free legal services. She even charged for every email sent, even those requested by her paralegal. She listed a debt that was no longer even a debt....and never once mentioned the additional attorney fees in addition to the $1300 paid upfront. I can do a better job dealing with the creditors myself.
