This place has the worst service ever. My friend didn't have access to a printer when visiting, so he couldn't print a physical copy of his ticket. When we arrived at the station to drop them off, the horrible clerks at the front desk told him they couldn't print his ticket (despite a Jefferson Lines message stating they could on the display AT THAT station).
Never visit this station, and never use Jefferson Lines.

They proceeded to berate him for it publicly, and even after the driver allowed him on board, one of the clerks yelled after him, "[The driver's] a better guy than me. If it was up to me he'd be stuck here!"
