They're not going to hand things out, but they deal with you fairly. New skewer works better than the old one, and my caliper measure of the nibs on the spoke was right on: for my Park Tool Spoke Wrench works, perfectly; just a few 1/8 to 1/16 inch turns on (4)four spokes and no more break scraping..... Yeah!!!!
