I am a frequent flier and I always park in economy lot 3 - even when the "closer" long term parking lots have spaces available. It is only $5/day and the shuttle arrives within minutes every time and takes me straight to the terminal. Heck, the majority of times I use this lot the shuttle to the terminal is already in the lot! And when I return the shuttle drops me off right at my car. Not at a kiosk, but at my car. I always tip the driver a buck and it is the best use of a dollar I can imagine.
Poor customer service. I was over charged for a 1-day parking stay that should have cost $10, but I was charged $17. When I contacted customer service the agent said that I was charged "correctly." When I mentioned that the sign in their lot said "Not to exceed $10" she became angry with me. Thankfully my credit card provider was able to resolve the over charge for me. Save yourself some trouble and park somewhere else.
