I've been in the store three or four times and I will say the employees know what they're talking about. In that aspect, I would've given them 5 stars. However, what ever you buy I hope you don't have to return because when you do...the best you get is store credit. So yeah, I'm not to happy about that
Love going to Jay's, you'll always find what you're looking for or at least something you didn't know you needed. Great comics, games, movies, posters and collectables

My favorite shop in town, has practically everything imaginable, along with a very friendly staff. The groups that play here are generally open to new players, and quite forthcoming with advice and recommendations of all sorts.
Great prices, a wide viriety of goods, and the melee tournaments hosted on Wednesday's are loads of fun to attend. There is always something going on, the environment still remains reasonably calm, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I see nothing bad about this location whatsoever. 10/10
