Horrible service. Returned a layaway for 160 and I have to wait for a a check over this amount. Not to mention I used my debit card to pay but they can't put it back on my card. Ridiculous. I will never return here again!
I can't recommend this place at all, my girlfriend had very poor service.
My wife took her new watch in to have links pulled out so it would fit her wrist. It took 10 minutes to do, the lady charged her $32 plus sales tax for this. Since when do you charge sales tax on labor as well as charging what they did removing the links? I was not with my wife at the time and being as timid as she is, she did not say anything. We have had a lot of our jewelry work done there. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! We will contact the correct party to confirm if this is a standard operational procedure.
