On my wedding day, my wedding party and I showed up at our scheduled time, but we had no appointment. I explained that I had called and been assured that my appointment still stood. The staff fit us in, but it took considerably longer than expected and delayed the other events of the day.
I am so happy with my new pink/peach cut. I drive 2 hours to get te style and Miranda at the East location was amazing! The price was totally reasonable and I've been turning heads all day with my new look! So many thanks!

Chanda is the best colorist and stylist. She stays up on trends and always puts her clients' needs first. This location is super easy to get to and free parking makes going there a breeze. Just go see Chanda. You won't regret it.

Chanda Jones at Bombshell Betty's East is a fantastic stylist and a color genius! She does a great job consulting and always has a wealth of ideas. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Bombshell Betty's and especially Chanda!

I immediately called, and I was assured that my appointments were not cancelled but that they had accidentally been scheduled at the Clive location instead of the East Village location, so the cancellation email transferred the appointments to the East Village.
