small but friendly they give you a friendly yet family atmisphore
If I could give this company no stars I would! The staff never calls you back and when you actually get through to someone they are very rude. This is the most dishonest company. They have terrible record keeping. They double charged us HOA fees and refused to admit it until we spent countless hours showing them proof. To top the cake,we sold our house and they charged us $75 to pick up a peice of paper to show we don't owe anything else. You have to pay cash because they won't take a card which is so inconvenient. This was all for HOA I can't even imagine how they treat their renters. If you can you use a different company do it and don't waste your time or money here!
