I called to order 2 nightstands and wow! Tony answered the phone and was so professional and kind. He didn't transfer me, he listened to me and helped me out right away! I am so appreciative and will definitely keep this store on my list of favorites next time we need furniture. Thank you for helping me out.
Bret was great. He allowed us to browse the store with no pressure. When we had questions he was there with the answers. We will definitely look him up and give him our order!
UPDATE!
Won't be buying anything here again. Staff was rude and when I told them I found the same thing only less expensive elsewhere. They inferred I was a lying. I then showed them a picture with the same thing, several hundred bucks less. They laughed and suggested it was a fake....picture. I could not believe how ridiculous they acted and un-professional. Second similar experience at this south side Des Moines store. Won't bother going in again and will never buy from them either. After sale experience also ranked as one of my worst experiences and biggest regrets. Go elsewhere, my two cents.
We just ordered a sofa set in late April and told it would be ready by 5/20. They said they would call and tell us when it was ready but no one called. We called them and they said that there was one piece of the sofa that was not ready and that it would take 2-3 more weeks. The rest of the sofa set was up in South Dakota at the manufacturer's factory. They are now saying that we will have to wait until 5/30.
They called and said it would not be delivered for another 2 weeks. It was finally delivered on 6/14. The woman we talked to said that it would be between 3-5 pm. The truck came at 2:40 and it was very unexpected. The delivery guys were careful taking the furniture in and were nice.
Travis. The salesman was great. Gave us a lot of great options and was very helpful not pushy. Love the prices.
