We needed a funeral arrangement for later today We called at 8 am when they opened and the funeral home was less than a mile away on the same road in Des Moines - Hamiltons on SW 9th and they could not have been bothered to take our order! We were able to find a florist that offered great customer service and took care of our order but I was not at all impressed with Flowers by Anthony!
