We just delivered a Penske box truck for them to fix. The top of the trailer has been pushed back and is sticking up MAYBE 6 inches. They claim they cannot get it into their garage doors and we will have to tow elsewhere to have the trailer fixed before they can get it in the shop. There is NO WAY that this truck isn't fitting in their garage. And if that story is true, then they need to get a bigger door. This truck is MUCH shorter than a semi tractor.
Claimed I had bad brake chamber. I know it's not the problem. 21 hours later still sitting here with them still telling me they are changing it. Threw me out into the street at midnight not letting me sleep in my cab. All hotels near by are all flop houses. Still waiting and they refuse to give me update just saying they have a tech on it. Brake chamber has been sitting on my duelie since yesterday. Nobody touching my truck.
I don't know what to say about this ZERO star place. I feel any problem you have fix it outside. Because you know what's mean of ZERO. THIS PLACE IS ZERO FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE. BAD BAD PLACE. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional and I don't think mechanics know what they are doing. Looks like mostly kids fresh out of school with a few old guys who just stand around talking
If you're looking for Volvo truck repair, this is a good location. Good customer service and driver's lounge while you wait. You must call in and make an appointment for quicker repair time.

Update ... Now after 22 hours they tell me they need to change both chambers and they have not even started the first one yet. Telling me that they will be done in 2 hours again but they said hat yesterday. Total fleecing operation. Totally fleecing. Stay Away!
