Most of the employees here are awesome...the short one with the really long, curly hair is terrible. Had 2 signs on the register today, 1 said back at noon thirty, so I waited, and went down at 1:36. She was there, and there was ANOTHER sign that said back at 1:45. I jokingly flipped the sign off of the register, and I thought her hair was going to start on fire...she says"I'm not back yet"! She never smiles, and is horribly rude. Taking time off during the busy lunch hour, let alone 2 signs in 1 day? Makes NO sense to me.
Very disappointing. I used to come here all the time when I worked downtown. Came down recently for a work visit and was treated horribly by the angry, short one with curly hair. What happened? The staff used to be so friendly. I asked for a wet cappuccino and was told shortly that I basically "just wanted a latte". Uncalled for. I'll be going to scooters from now on.
Depends on who is working, how good your smoothie or Italian soda is.
