Room service is actually a delivery from restaurants in the area.
A very good friend of mine booked a room for us over this weekend, friendly daytime staff, but your female front desk attendant for the overnight has completely ruined an otherwise lovely stay. She has tried telling me I cannot be here even though the reservation is for two people (himself and I), I tried going down to get breakfast while my friend was showering and she told me I was not allowed to be anywhere but in the room if my friend is not with me...I worked for the Marriott for a number of years, and I have never experienced or even worked alongside someone who's been this unaccommodating to a guest. Generally I would think you would only treat someone this badly is they were actually causing trouble, ie (bothering other guests, being loud, breaking rules) but I have done nothing of the sort. Very disappointing that such a lovely place could have such an ugly attitude towards the people who just want to have a nice weekend.
Beautiful hotel and rooms. Service was great and cocktails at the bar were awesome. Fireplace in the room was perfect and cozy. Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. Will stay again and highly recommend!
Electronic door cards lost their charge repeatedly.
I did not just show up late in the evening Saturday night with a "bag" and head immediately to the hot tub. I came downstairs using the elevator in the building with my swimsuit in said bag, as well as my own towel to use when I exited the spa.
We had a fantastic girls night with my mom and sisters. The atmosphere of rooms was warm and welcoming. Best of all, it was quiet.

EDITED; Thank you for the response, but my first interaction with any of your staff was actually Friday evening after my friend checked in, when my friend helped me bring my bags upstairs to the room, as well as when we came downstairs to eat breakfast Saturday morning & I saw plenty of staff members that entire day as I left multiple times to work & then when I left to go out for dinner.
I do appreciate your response, but it seems as though the underlying tone in it is a bit negative. I travel quite frequently, I have a lot of friends who do the same for their companies, and it is very unfortunate that such a lovely property that I would recommend highly to all has left such a negative impression.
Spotlessly clean rooms, excellent wall isolation.
Too many taxes jacked up the bill significantly.
The room was very nice. Very spacious and elegant. The location was perfect for going to a concert at the Wells Fargo Arena. Overall a great stay!
Breakfast should be available until at least 10 am.
