Worst banking experience I've ever had. Most unprofessional people beside Jocelyn Pena the only one there with any knowledge. I've never been given the run around more than the E. 30th location. They don't support the community and they don't care about treating someone like they are below them.
If I could give them no stars I would give them no stars they charge you for everything they do nothing to help you I inquired about a loan and their loan officer would not even return any of my calls I probably called 10 times left messages even spoke to other people and she would not return my call. poor customer service horrible fees do not bank here take my advice
Really bad customer service on the credit card side. They changed my credit card to a different one for unknown reasons, the balance doesn't automatically move to the new card like it should, you have to do it yourself manually, which is ridiculous since I never had to do that with the other banks. Anyways I kept seeing no balance on my card until I got a call that I had past due balances. They found out what was wrong but said it was my fault and I had to pay all the late fees. The account in now closed, and I don't think will be using this bank again.
Worst bank in Iowa. Quite possibly the United States. I do no recommend banking with them for any reason, especially loans. Customer beware.
